The individual’s ISP, Monthly Progress Reports, and daily case notes will be used in the Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) meetings to evaluate, assess, and promote consumer career/vocational development. Evaluation of goals, barriers, past performance, and program criteria will guide the decision-making process and ISP updates.
